The Merrylands Road retail and commercial strip sits at the centre of the area we know best. Between the shops, the station and the surrounding streets, we've built up real familiarity with the housing on both sides of that strip.
Merrylands railway station on the Main Southern line anchors the whole area, with the M4 Motorway and Woodville Road nearby and bus connections running through to Liverpool and Parramatta. That transport spine is part of why the suburb has grown the way it has, and why the housing stock spans so many different eras.
